Preparing for Birth -3 week series (2 day this month only)
with Lauren Mason or Megan Boucher
Are you excited about being pregnant and becoming a parent but also a little bit nervous?
Feel like you may not have control over what happens during labor? Wish for a perfect delivery?
Not sure how your husband/partner can help you through this process called labor?
Just want to be prepared!
Why not join a group of expectant parents as they have fun learning about the labor and delivery experience at Stephens Memorial Hospital’s Preparing for Birth Class. Expectant moms will explore how to relax and allow themselves to flow with their labor through breathing and relaxation techniques. Their coach will learn how they can assist mom through the process of labor and share in the joy of birth. Information on making a birth plan, comfort measures, stages of labor, and cesarean delivery are all explored. A question and answer session is always part of the class.
